Berry Citrus Smoothie

Exploding with a rich berry flavor, this smoothie replaces a full breakfast or light dinner. The drink is super healthy, and also very satisfying. Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh berries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup low-fat natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons skimmed milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Place berries, yoghurt, orange juice, sprouted wheat, honey and vanilla in a blender and smoothly mash.
