Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups fresh berries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup low-fat natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons skimmed milk powder
- 1 tablespoon dry wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Place berries, yoghurt, orange juice, sprouted wheat, honey and vanilla in a blender and smoothly mash.
