Bench press in the simulator technique exercises:

  1. Sit in the simulator and select the desired weight.
  2. Put your foot on the stand, feed handle, grasp the handle and maximally open the hand, as shown in the figure.
  3. Arm should capture so that the palm was facing down. Raise your elbows so that your forearms are parallel to the floor. This will be your initial position.
  4. On the inhale, pull the hands back.
  5. On the exhale, push the arms from himself, straining his pectoral muscle. Lock this position before returning to its original position.
  6. Complete the required number of repetitions.
  7. When you end this exercise, gently bring the arm into place with the feed of the stand.

Variations: perform this exercise on a normal bench use free weights (barbell or dumbbells). The alternative can also be cable simulator.
