Bench press in the simulator technique exercises:
- Sit in the simulator and select the desired weight.
- Put your foot on the stand, feed handle, grasp the handle and maximally open the hand, as shown in the figure.
- Arm should capture so that the palm was facing down. Raise your elbows so that your forearms are parallel to the floor. This will be your initial position.
- On the inhale, pull the hands back.
- On the exhale, push the arms from himself, straining his pectoral muscle. Lock this position before returning to its original position.
- Complete the required number of repetitions.
- When you end this exercise, gently bring the arm into place with the feed of the stand.
Variations: perform this exercise on a normal bench use free weights (barbell or dumbbells). The alternative can also be cable simulator.
