Bench press on bench with expander — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on a bench, passing underneath the expander.
  2. Bend your arms in front of you as shown in the figure to the handle of the expander were on the width of your shoulders.
  3. Raising his hands, rotate the wrist so that the palm faces the direction from you. This will be your initial position.
  4. Slowly lower hand down until your elbows form a 90° angle. Follow the movement of the hands.
