Belgian Blond Ale

Relatively young style, characterized by an almost camp character. Popular among connoisseurs of European Pils. Sometimes Belgian craft is referred to as blond, but this is only because of the color, such varieties do not meet the standards of a real Belgian blond ale.

The drink has a sweetish malt profile, a bouquet with fruity-spicy notes, and a dry finish. The hops come out with earthy and spicy tones, while the yeasty character is responsible for the fruity and honeyed nuances. The bouquet is unobtrusive, not aggressive, but complex.

The color of the ale varies from golden to deep golden, the beer is clear, in the glass it forms a rich and strong creamy foam. The taste shimmers with malt sweetness and hop bitterness, in the mouth it feels creamy, soft, medium carbonated.

Production requires Belgian and aromatic malt, Pils, sugar, Belgian yeast, Saaz hops. Spices and spices are usually not added, but appear in the bouquet due to hops.

The style is as strong as a dubbel, less bitter than a triplet.
