Lunch: salad of fresh vegetables, buckwheat porridge, pearl barley and chicken breast. Dinner: vegetable salad + fish, chicken, you can omelet with vegetables. Snacks: 1-2 fruits until 16:00 pm, a small handful of nuts, curd. I gradually introduced cereals, potatoes, pasta into the diet, in the end the weight was kept. The stomach narrowed, and I could not eat in the same volumes, I got used to sports and therefore did it periodically. As a result, now I weigh 62 kg, I’m comfortable. If I understand that it is hard and gained a little, I arrange fasting protein days. As a result, the diet helped me not only to get in shape, but also to organize myself and my lifestyle.
Sport: I worked only at home on an elliptical trainer, did exercise complexes. At the initial stage, I did 10 minutes on the simulator and 10 minutes of exercises, to the final stage I brought the exercises on the simulator for 1 hour and 35 minutes of exercise. If it didn’t work out or I was too lazy to study, I tried to walk on the street for about 30 minutes.
Motivation: I was motivated by my clothes: dresses, jeans, shorts – all this was not enough for me. One weekend I was cleaning my wardrobe and realized that my clothes did not look the same on me as before, and some of them did not fit at all. I was very upset, I even cried, but in my head and thoughts it was not just to buy new things. I decided that until I get into the old ones, I will not encourage myself with anything. As a result, after the diet, some of the things became big for me.
