Put the washed root crop on low heat and cook until fully cooked. After it cools down, peel off the skin and grind it on a grater. Horseradish root should be crushed to a mushy consistency. This will help you processing it through a meat grinder. Make a brine: dissolve a lemon in boiled water, add sugar and salt. Pour the vegetables with the resulting solution and distribute among the jars. In this case, 0,5 l of the container should be sterilized for 15 minutes, and 1 l for 25 minutes.

Prepare the beetroot by pre-cooking, peeling and cutting it into slices. Wash the plums, separate from the stone.
