Method of preparation

Prepared raw beets are cut into strips, poured with boiling water, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, lemon zest, cut into strips are added, brought to a boil and cooked until tender. At the end of cooking, squeezed lemon juice is added and cooled.

  • Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
  • Manganese participates in the formation of bone and connective tissue, is part of the enzymes involved in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates, catecholamines; essential for the synthesis of cholesterol and nucleotides.
