Beer Sladovar: history + review

Malt – Draft wheat beer. It can be found in the Russian regions, but it is not supplied abroad. It contains no artificial additives and preservatives, so the shelf life is short. Literally three days of storage in the open, and it will turn sour.

History of beer Sladovar

1991 Borikhinsky brewery was founded in the Aleisky district of the Altai Republic. “Sladovar” along with “Borikhinsky” is considered his signature drink.

2012 The enterprise was privatized and underwent the reconstruction of the shop. The traditional Czech brewing technology remained, the European equipment was installed. No chemical components are added to the beer, so it turns out natural and alive.

2020 The production uses Žatec, bitter and aromatic hops, thanks to which the drink acquires a unique hop aroma. High-quality water is taken from our own artesian well and specially prepared. For the wort, both top and bottom fermentation in cylindrical-conical tanks is used. Beer does not require pasteurization, because the equipment is thoroughly disinfected.

The assortment of the Borikhinsky brewery includes not only alcohol, including 11 varieties of beer, but also non-alcoholic products.

Sladovar beer review

The fortress is 4%. Beer unfiltered cloudy yellow-straw color. Medium carbonation. Soft with hints of wheat in taste and fresh aroma. Made from barley malt and malted wheat.
