For this oriental dish with tropical fruit chunks, you’ll need:
– 400 g of beef rump steaks; – 3 tablespoons of soy sauce; 2 tablespoons brown cane sugar – 1 tablespoon of rice wine; – 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil; – ginger root 5-7 centimeters long; – 4 feathers of green onions; – 200 g diced pineapple; – a handful of freshly cut pineapple greens.

Rinse the rump steaks, dry and cut into thin strips across the grain. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, rice wine and marinate the beef in the mixture. Marinate for no longer than 10 minutes.
Heat one teaspoon of oil in a wok until slightly hazy. Fry the beef in oil in small batches. Remove the cooked meat with chopsticks or a slotted spoon and place on a dish covered with paper kitchen towels. Heat the remaining oil in a wok, peel the ginger root and cut into julienne. Fry until golden brown. Add chopped green onions, pineapples, beef, add remaining marinade and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 1-2 minutes.

Baked beef recipe with pineapple sauce
Beef baked with pineapples is juicy and aromatic. You will need:
– 1,5 kilograms of pulp from the thigh of beef; – salt and ground black pepper; – 425 g of canned pineapple slices; – 2 tablespoons of Chinese “5 spices” seasoning; – 60 ml light soy sauce; – 60 ml sweet chili sauce; – 30 ml sesame oil.
In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy and pepper sauce, seasonings, and pineapple chunks with juice. Rub the meat with the mixture, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6-12 hours.
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Remove the meat from the bowl, remove the marinade, place in the roasting pan and put into the hot oven. Roast the meat, sprinkling it with juices from time to time. 20 minutes before the end of cooking, place the remaining marinade on the meat.
The cooking time of the meat depends on the degree of doneness you want. For bloody meat, roast beef for 60 minutes, medium-rare meat takes about 75 minutes, and well-done beef will take 90 minutes to cook.
