Method of preparation

Boil the beef. Dice the potatoes. Add finely chopped carrots and onions in 5 tablespoons of broth. Cook potatoes, carrots, onions, chopped vegetable roots in beef broth. 5 minutes before being ready, add spices – bay leaf, pepper, dill, garlic. Salt.
