Beef liver stewed in sour cream

To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients:

– about 450-500 grams of beef liver,

Peel the liver from films, then cut into thin slices. Rinse the mushrooms, dry, cut into small pieces. Chop the peeled vegetables finely, you can also shave them on a grater.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil. When it is browned, add mushrooms, lightly fry, add carrots. After about 2-3 minutes, add the zucchini, salt and pepper to taste, stir, reduce heat to low and cook for another 2-3 minutes. During this time, in another frying pan, fry the chopped liver in a small amount of vegetable oil, moderately salt and pepper it.

Transfer vegetables and mushrooms to a frying pan with liver, stir, add sour cream and cook over low heat for another 5-6 minutes.
