A simple recipe for meat baked in foil
To prepare this dish you will need:
- about 1 kilogram of beef tenderloin
- 1 small carrot
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1 lemon
- some vegetable oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- spices to taste
Peel the onion, chop finely, grind in a bowl with salt. Wait about 30 minutes for the juice to come out. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, squeeze lemon juice. Stir. Put in a bowl a piece of beef, previously cleaned of films and fat, washed and dried. Moisten the meat well with the resulting mixture and refrigerate for at least an hour to marinate.
One of the secrets of delicious baked meat, cooked in large pieces, is that it must be pre-marinated.
While the beef is marinating, heat the oven, cut the carrots into strips and the garlic cloves into thin slices. Remove meat from refrigerator, pat dry with paper towel or napkins. Make deep punctures with a sharp knife, insert pieces of carrot and garlic into them. Rub the surface of the meat with pepper and spices. You can add salt, but in moderation, remembering that salt was already in the beef marinade.
Wrap the pickled and stuffed beef in a sheet of foil, roll the edges tightly. Bake at 200 ° C for about an hour.

- 3-4 medium potatoes

Using a sharp knife, cut a piece of beef across the grain into 4 portions. Beat them off, rub with salt and pepper, fry in highly heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Peel potatoes and tomatoes, cut into circles.
Place each chop on a sheet of foil, sprinkle with spices.
Marjoram, ginger powder, oregano or curry work very well for this dish.

Portioned beef with mushrooms in a creamy sauce
For this dish you will need:
- 500-600 grams of beef tenderloin
- 500 grams of fresh mushrooms
- 200 milliliters of creamy cream
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
- salt
- ground black pepper
- spice
Prepare and sauté the chops as instructed in the previous recipe. Fry finely chopped onions in highly heated vegetable oil, then add the washed, dried and chopped mushrooms. Stir, salt, pepper, add spices, pour in cream, reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add a tablespoon of flour, stir quickly and remove from heat. Cool slightly to thicken the mixture.
Place the fried chops on foil sheets, cover with a layer of mushroom mixture. Wrap the foil tightly and bake at 40 ° C for about 200 minutes. You will have a great dish, very tasty and satisfying.
