First of all, you need to decide on the color of the walls in your future bedroom. It should be a calm, light shade that is not annoying, depressing, or annoying.

Most often, natural blue shades of sky and water are recommended for the bedroom.

In color therapy, blue, like all “cold” colors, is characterized as soothing. It is recommended for dealing with stress and insomnia, energy storage and creativity. It is the perfect color for creating a calm, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in the bedroom.

At the same time, the sky-blue walls and ceiling will visually increase the small room.

Sunlight pouring into the windows in the morning is what fills us with cheerfulness and optimism for the whole day. Therefore, large windows are ideal for the bedroom.

If this is a problem, consider good lighting in the room. In addition to the overhead light, the bedroom must have bedside lamps and comfortable reading lamps.

At the same time, use switches with dimmers so that, if you wish, you can always create an intimate atmosphere due to the dimmed light. And don’t forget about candles and scents!

To make the atmosphere in the bedroom truly cozy, fill the room with cute knick-knacks. These can be souvenirs brought from travels, all kinds of vases and boxes.

Place your favorite photos on the walls, and fresh flowers on the bedside table. Keep in mind, however, that numerous objects can clutter up a room, collecting dust and making cleaning difficult. Better to limit yourself to a few accessories and just change the “exposure” over time.

And avoid large mirrors in the bedroom: the sight of a sleepy face can ruin the mood for the whole day for anyone.

The way to your favorite bed should be as pleasant as possible, as well as the first steps after waking up in the morning. Therefore, we recommend that you place a soft, long-pile carpet in front of your bed.

If you don’t like carpets, choose wooden floors for your bedroom – parquet, parquet or laminate. The wood gives warmth and does not bother your feet. But it’s better to forget about the tiles and linoleum in the bedroom.

Making childhood dreams come true and creating a place where we can relax as much as possible is quite possible. Ideally suited for this purpose canopy bed… But it is not necessary to buy such a structure, it is quite possible to make it with your own hands – it is enough to hang a canopy of fabric or curtains over the bed.

Bed linen should be pleasing to the body and the eyes. Don’t skimp on quality – buy good thick linen made from natural cotton, cotton with silk or smooth, pleasant to the touch satin. In addition, for life, as practice shows, only two sets are enough for us.

Choose the color that appeals to you. Giant flowers are in fashion english roses, geometric patterns and oriental motives. Bright colors (for example, red) are quite aggressive; powdered pastel shades are more suitable for the bedroom. Consider this fact when choosing bed linen and textiles.

By the way, the pile of pillows, so widely advertised by home textile manufacturers as a fashion trend, is not very convenient in everyday life. Think about which is prettier to you – regular washing and cleaning or peace of mind.

Out of sight, out of mind! This principle should be decisive in your bedroom: nothing superfluous in sight, which can be annoying and unnerving.

When choosing a wardrobe or thinking about the “stuffing” for a wardrobe, make sure that you have enough shelves and especially sections for dresses to hang all your outfits.
