Eyelash and face care
The working day of a beauty contest participant starts early enough, because you need to catch stage speech lessons, runway rehearsals, dances and fittings. At the same time, she should look rested and worthy of the crown of a winner, which is difficult when your face is imprinted with fatigue, red eyes, or swelling.
But the girls have their own secrets on how to fool everyone and stay fresh. First, before going to bed, you should refuse any liquid, even a glass of water. After all, it is the water in the morning that can “pour out” in a noticeable swelling. Secondly, girls are advised to keep the eye cream in the refrigerator. This will help him cope better with bags under his eyes. And, thirdly, use a decoction of chamomile, which is pre-frozen in ice cubes. It is convenient to wipe your face with them in the morning, which tones up and relieves irritation.
