I hardly got rid of this addiction and replaced them with a few pieces of dark chocolate without any additives. I eat it, and the level of endorphins, hormones of joy, rises. “To feel good, I never go to bed thinking about problems. If I feel tension, stress, I make myself some kind of relaxation in the evening. Of course, the skin suffers from early lifting and make-up. After all, sometimes after the broadcast I sleep right in the studio without taking off my makeup. If you don’t get enough sleep, you will inevitably overeat too much; if you don’t get enough sleep, you will quickly bring the view “several years older” closer, faster you will wear out the body, which is issued once and for a lifetime. I always sleep exactly 8 hours. So I decided for myself, and it happens that I set the alarm clock not only for the time when to get up, but also for the time to go to bed. It is impossible to pull out 8 hours of sleep from the day. But there is an important secret: go to bed on the wrong day on which you get up. Everything that was overslept before 00:00 is multiplied by two – it really works, and then you get enough sleep. And one more rule: I have not eaten for 16 years after six in the evening. Nothing but a watermelon. But watermelon is essentially the same water. And I strictly follow the rule both on New Year’s and on holidays. It is important to negotiate with yourself – not temporarily, but once and for all. I do not eat flour and do not mix meat with fish. Each of these ingredients – with any carbohydrates and vegetables. Sport is not mine at all! It always seemed strange to me to waste energy in nowhere. But I love horse riding, skiing, fencing, sailing, cycling for hours, and I love walking. Once every two or three weeks I go to the bathhouse. There’s some kind of magic going on there. I can drink milk oolong or brew classic black with lemon, sometimes with thyme. By the way, not only tea, but also freshly squeezed orange juice has an invigorating effect on me. As for nutrition, I don’t have a miracle diet. I believe that the main thing is not what you eat, but how much. It is better to do this more often, but in small portions. If we talk about sports, I choose yoga. After training, I always feel a surge of strength and energy. “
