Putting the figure in order
I am lucky, I can eat anything and as much as I want, it does not affect my figure in any way. Of course, I make sure that in my diet there are always fruits, vegetables, I always eat protein foods. If you want to lose weight, then you should exclude fatty, fried, all high-calorie foods from the menu. Those with a sweet tooth can pamper themselves with cottage cheese with yogurt and fruit – both tasty and healthy. I often make this kind of dessert. I also love fish in any form and quantity, I was born on the Volga and I cannot help but love it. Be sure to find time for daily workouts – pump up your abs, butt.
Do not forget to use sunscreen, otherwise it is simply impossible, you can get sunburned in a matter of hours. Once I spent all day in the sun, there was little time, and I forgot to smear my face, the result was burned. But I was saved by a panthenol-based drug used for sunburn. It should always be in a travel first aid kit.
Going to the sea, take with you different hats – hats, scarves, baseball caps, bandanas. You will always be stylish and protected from the sun. Do not forget to apply oil spray to your hair. After returning from vacation, apply a restorative hair mask. The recipe is very simple. Combine one tablespoon each of olive oil, castor oil, mayonnaise and one yolk. Apply the mixture to your hair and after half an hour rinse your head using a mild shampoo.

I have never been on a diet and I consider it a useless exercise if you do not play sports. The main thing is proper nutrition combined with sports. Eat less fat and carbohydrates, more protein. I advise you to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. At night, try not to eat at all, just drink a glass of kefir. Sports should be done with a coach to clearly explain and show how to work correctly on a certain muscle group.
Of course, pre-sun protection creams and special after-sun products will help you save your skin. After returning from vacation, I recommend making body masks. The mask with oatmeal and cucumber nourishes and moisturizes the skin very well. It can also be used on the face. You will need 9 tablespoons of oatmeal, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, and 2 cucumbers. Pour the flakes into a blender and chop, then finely chop the cucumber and mix everything. Apply the resulting mixture to the body in an even layer, rinse off after 20 minutes.
Be sure to use softening oil. Do not use a hairdryer on vacation. It is unrealistic to keep beautiful styling on the beach. Better to apply more protective gel to your hair, comb it back and tie it in a ponytail. This hairstyle looks beautiful and protects from the harmful effects of the sun.
