Secret 2. Wipes for washing or micellar water?
– We rejoice in wet wipes or quick facial cleansing. However, it is important to remember that they are not a substitute for complete cleansing of the skin! They can be used to quickly wipe off your face after the gym or to wash off makeup on the plane.
Secret 3. How to cleanse the skin properly?
– Experts recommend cleansing your face no more than twice a day. If you do this more often, you risk upsetting the skin’s natural pH balance. If less often, then most likely any muck from the environment will linger on the skin. Whenever you wash your face, always make sure to completely wash off your cleanser. Otherwise, it can clog pores and interfere with skin hydration. For this we use a tonic.
If you wash your face by thoroughly rubbing cleanser into your skin, this does not mean that the skin is clearer. On the contrary, the skin can be offended. Be gentle: a light massage with two or three fingers will suffice. And without fanaticism. Take care of your skin! She’s like an expensive silk skirt.
Don’t be greedy, clean your neck and décolleté. Many people wash their faces perfectly, but forget that below they also have – and rather delicate – skin in need of care. So don’t forget to add cleansing to the neck and décolleté. And in the same way moisturize these areas with self-massage.
Secret 4. How to dry your face after washing?
– There should be a measure in everything: try not to rub your face with a towel, but to blot it. Rubbing your skin with a towel is fine for very young skin, but if you are over 25, it can affect the elasticity of the skin and provoke premature wrinkles. It is also helpful to separate the towels of family members and body parts.
Secret 5. How to care for eyelid skin?
– The skin on the eyelids is the thinnest on our entire body and needs careful care. There is no fat layer and, therefore, no “natural cream” and protection. Often, the cleansers we use on our face can be too harsh on the eyelids, so it makes sense to get a special cleanser to remove eye make-up. Gymnastics for this area will help get rid of the overhanging of the upper eyelid, bags and bruises along the lower, and care with a finger shower will remove fine wrinkles.

– Each skin is unique and each skin needs an individual approach. With which we very often miss, which leads to additional problems.
