  • “Caramel”. Early ripe beans, just 2 months after planting, capable of delighting with ripe fruits. They have a sweet caramel flavor and a fiber-free inner structure. This plant is an upright bush, for which summer residents love it, taking care of it is simple, like harvesting. Disease resistant;
  • “Sachs 615”. It grows in the form of a bush no more than 40 cm high. It has smooth cylindrical pods and a length of about 12 cm. There are also no fibers. There is a high content of sugar and vitamins;
  • “Oil King”. Shrub plant, early ripening – you can harvest the crop in a couple of months after the seed germination. The pods grow up to 25 cm long, have a cylindrical shape. It has a delicate, special taste.

The representative of unusual species can be called the “Deer King” beans. Its white fruits are delicious. It has a nice feature – you can harvest twice during the summer season. Another custom color variety is the Royal Purple Pod. These beans are very beautiful and have a mottled pink and white color.

These representatives do not grow as a bush, but curl along the ground or vertical surfaces. These include:

  • “Golden Nectar”. Fruits of yellow color reach 25 cm in length, have a cylindrical shape. Such a large load makes the branches heavier, so they need to be provided with vertical support. An early ripe variety – an average of 70 days pass from the appearance of shoots to the ripening of fruits;
  • The Purple Queen. The fruits are even, about 15 cm long, purple in color, which is clear from the name of the variety. It is appreciated for its pleasant taste and high yield;
  • “Winner”. Its pods are flat and very long – up to 30 cm. Gives a large yield, unpretentious and resistant to diseases. During flowering it looks like an ornamental plant.

It is not difficult to create suitable conditions and grow asparagus beans in your garden, but having a healthy and tasty vegetable always at hand is a big plus. Fresh pods are not stored for long, so they are frozen, while they do not lose their properties.
