– Thanks to my parents and genetics, I have no problems with being overweight, rather I am trying in vain to gain it. Incidentally, I succeed in doing this during my vacation. A couple of kilograms may appear in a week when I do nothing, I don’t even read SMS on my phone. But with the return to the busy work schedule, not a trace remains of them. I’m not a fan of diets at all. I try to stick to the principles of healthy eating rather than limit myself. At home, in the refrigerator and in the dressing room on tour, I always have a lot of fruit. They are perfect for a snack. I prefer to eat often, but in small portions. I do not forbid myself to sweets or starchy foods, but once a month I arrange fasting days. For two days I switch to unsalted brown rice and carefully monitor the drinking balance during this period, giving preference to mineral water. Such unloading helps a lot to cleanse the body.

During the tour, I do not forget about physical activity in addition to the one that is inevitable on stage. Every day I find time for a set of stretching and muscle strengthening exercises. I do it right in the hotel room. I practice yoga. So that once a year you are not haunted by this burning desire to lose weight by summer, just keep yourself in shape all year round. It is not so difficult, the main thing is that daily physical activity becomes a habit.

– How do I keep my figure in shape? Basically I load myself with work. To be honest, I rarely go to the gym, but sometimes I have to. I love to swim, but I can’t run because of my professional injuries.

I do not adhere to a special diet. I exclude sweets and bread from the menu. I eat mostly vegetables and meat. And if I can calmly refuse desserts, then I just need meat.

I love stylish swimwear like the Enjoy brand I pictured. They are made in Italy. Now I like fused models more. Yes, sunbathing in them is probably not very convenient, but they are beautiful. Apparently, I am moving into that state of mind and body, when from a young girl you enter the age of a mature woman. I want to look more elegant and feminine.

– I am constantly on the move and so from early childhood. She was always an active child, she was engaged in dancing. Now rehearsals help to keep yourself in good shape, and at concerts you spend a lot of energy. I try to go to the gym at least three times a week. Of my favorite and effective exercises, I will note lunges with weight, squats, including with a barbell, I perform extensions on hyperextension, and swing the press. I have a wonderful trainer, Helen, who always comes up with something new so that the muscles do not get used to the same load. I think that the most important thing for a girl in her fight for a good shape is to listen to her body. This is the only way to find your sport.

I follow the diet, because I tend to be overweight, so I stick to a healthy diet. I eat five times a day, I don’t eat at night, and in the gym I burn the calories I got during the day.

– I am an active supporter of fitness. And the fastest way to help you lose weight is cardio loads – jogging, running and running again. Don’t like to run? Then go! Especially in the morning, this is the most powerful time for cardio workouts. And don’t forget about fitness apps – your phone can be a better trainer. For example, I use a water meter and a pedometer. Like any woman, I gained weight during childbirth (the singer became a mother for the third time three months ago. – Approx. “Antenna”). But I can say that my forms only became more appetizing and attractive after the birth of a child. Of course, I had to lose weight. When I lived in Los Angeles, every day I made sure to walk at least 10 thousand steps a day – you roll the stroller with the baby and walk at a brisk pace. Isn’t it fitness? Unfortunately, in Moscow, because of the widespread repairs on the streets, it is more difficult … Every morning I run and visit the gym 3 times a week. I work with a trainer, he constantly changes my load program. After training I like to visit the pool. It strengthens muscles very much. I try to eat right, eat 5-6 times a day in small portions. Of course, it’s more difficult in between shoots, but I try not to shirk! I calmly go out into the street unpainted. There are several secrets that help you look good even a la nature. First and foremost is the skin. To make your face look fresh and radiant, you need intense hydration – I advise you to regularly use serums and creams, never apply tone to dry skin. Secondly, tanning always beautifies and gives a rested look. If there is no way to go to the sea or sunbathe in a solarium, then self-tanning saves. My secret is to mix it with my favorite moisturizer. It turns out to be such a homemade BB cream, but the advantage is that you yourself regulate the intensity of the color. My favorite self-tanner is Dr. Hauschka Translucent Bronzing Tint is excellent. Well-groomed eyebrows are very important. By the way, my eyebrows are made by my friend Varda, who is not a makeup artist or a beautician at all, but a dancer and world champion in strip plastics. And only I trust her! We used to go to one master together, but then she left for another country – we had to cope on our own. Everyone knows that natural, wide eyebrows are in fashion now – this goes well with my large facial features. But I advise absolutely all girls not to be zealous with tweezers or wax, not to pluck thin eyebrows – remove only excess hairs, without radically changing the natural shape.

– I was lucky with genetics, but alas, it is subject to time. Realizing what changes can await me, I fight them in different ways .. I practically do not eat sweets, I can sometimes afford it, but I don’t really like it. As well as fatty foods. In general, I try to eat right, but, alas, I break my diet. Everything is spontaneous, I can eat only once a day. But if you eat little and do not play sports, your figure will still be bad. You will become skinny and your skin will look tired. Sports activities give the body relief, and the body – health and strength, they also increase immunity. You need to go to the gym as often as possible. Before the birth of the child (the daughter of the actress Arianna is one year and 11 months old. – Approx. “Antenna”), I went there three or four times a week, now it’s good when I have time twice. But if it doesn’t work out with the gym, I study at home. Most of all I like classes with a trainer, they are more effective, but I do not neglect group classes either. I always use sunscreen on the beach. And if I don’t rest with my child, then I never sunbathe at the “right” hours – it’s summer! My husband and I are lying like two coals under the open sun, I only cover my head so that the sunstroke is not enough. Going to the sea, I’m not afraid to forget something, everything can be bought on the spot, no matter what country I come to. The main thing is to take the tablet with you and headphones. Well, swimwear, of course. I have a lot of them, it seems more than other things in the closet. I buy everything like crazy. For the third year now I prefer fused ones, they are so cool!

– For the last couple of months I have been eating according to a special system. There is such a Swiss technology – DNA analysis of saliva. The latest research that provides guidance not only on nutrition, but also on exercise. For example, someone needs to run intensively on the track for an hour, and there are those who need 15 minutes of walking for the same result. This is due to different genetic types. I was given a book where all products, brands of manufacturers and even methods of cooking are individually painted for me. The program is aimed at complex improvement of the body: maintaining immunity, prolonging youth and accelerating metabolism. It turned out that pineapples and my favorite papaya, which I usually had for breakfast, were contraindicated for me. Watermelon, melon, pumpkin are also on the list of prohibited foods. Moreover, the doctor revealed a latent predisposition to diabetes and banned sugar in any form. It is interesting that my body always knew this on a subconscious level – it never reached for cakes and pastries. But salt, which I tried to limit due to edema, is not scary to me in any quantity. “You can eat pickled cucumber from a barrel and wash it down with brine,” the doctor said. It turned out that the cause of edema is insufficient fluid. My body needs from three liters a day, then water will not accumulate. For a month, eating the foods that are right for me, I lost 4 kg without stress, tension and nerves. The only sadness was coconut milk, I can’t do it, and I really love Thai, Malaysian and Maldivian cuisine.

Unfortunately, I don’t have time to go in for sports. I have several cards for different fitness clubs, but I do not have enough time for a full workout. Sport replaces one concert for me. I love boxing and, when I have the opportunity, I definitely go to training.

The recipe for a healthy complexion is a good dream, which I am severely deficient in, like any artist. And the first thing that is needed to just look normal is a thorough washing, and until the skin squeaks. It is important that the last cotton pad remains perfectly clean at all times. Muscles cannot be pumped up with these exercises, but qigong helps to keep the mind in shape. My food in the summer does not change, except that more often I want light food. I think the water should also be drunk carefully, without brute force.

– In the summer I walk more, use less transport, get up earlier. All year I follow the food, I move a lot. I do not keep myself in iron gloves, but in tightly elastic ones. I always ran with strength for a long time. She loved to do it slowly. But the knees are killed by this, so for some time I stopped running. She developed her own gymnastics. I love to dance and learn new moves. Added to gymnastics self-massage of body areas where fluid accumulates, stretching and “bouncing”. As for nutrition, in the summer I eat more wild plants (nuts, berries, mushrooms. – Approx. “Antenna”) and ordinary salads.

– I really love summer and always look forward to it. It is sometimes difficult for me to keep myself in shape, so I prepare for the beach season in advance. I try to get to the gym at least twice a week, and if I can’t, I walk a lot, don’t use the elevator or escalators. I used to run to the shower immediately after training in the gym, but now I try to devote at least half an hour to stretching. In warm weather, I only want to drink water, eat fruits and ice cream. I love strawberries and cherries, so every day I eat something of this. In the summer, I protect my skin, it is light, so sun protection products are mandatory in my case. Me and chocolate tan, things are incompatible. I never go on vacation without a new swimsuit. I have already bought a couple, but I also want to find swimsuits in a beautiful wine color and khaki.

– I do not adhere to any special diets on the eve of summer. But this time my refrigerator emptied by itself: I broke my toe, and it became uncomfortable to go to the shops. So I lost a couple of kilograms. The rest of the time I practice “handstands” – they help to be in shape, since all muscle groups are involved. And in addition, in the summer I try to take care of my skin and hair. At home I do peeling with honey and coffee. This is a great alternative to SPA salons. When I sunbathe, I lubricate my skin with coconut oil. Of course, it will not save under the scorching sun, but for Moscow it is ideal.

I prefer swimsuits without straps, with bare shoulders and better decorated with flounces. Even if they are not very comfortable to swim in, but if plans suddenly appear at the resort in the evening – to go for dinner or listen to music – you can put on a long silk skirt and now you are already in a fashionable evening dress.
