Wellness effect

The steam room is a good helper in the fight against excess weight, metabolic syndrome. Under the influence of high temperatures, the heart begins to beat faster, metabolic processes are accelerated and excess fat is burned. Vessels are strengthened and become more elastic, toxins are removed, the kidneys are unloaded. The procedures are also useful for those who suffer from pain in the neck, back: after heat treatment, the muscles relax, spasms pass, and thanks to cold douches in the intervals between visits, blood circulation is normalized.

In the bath, essential oils, such as fir, eucalyptus, are often used to saturate the air. Inhalation relieves the condition in chronic diseases of the ENT organs. The key to success is the correct approach to procedures. The load should be dosed and go to the bath regularly, once or twice a week, gradually increasing the residence time.

Security guarantee

Before visiting a bath, sauna, consult a doctor, especially if you are going to do the procedures constantly, for example, after exercising in the gym. Those who have cardiovascular pathologies will have to bypass the steam rooms: the body may not be able to withstand the stress. Avoid high temperatures during flare-ups of allergies and skin diseases – heat and essential oils will worsen the condition. Another contraindication is venous thrombosis. Do you have ARVI? At the initial stage, going to the bathhouse is dangerous, wait for the fever to subside.

Your choice

Russian sauna. Consists of two rooms: a steam room with a stove-heater and a dressing room. A hike here is a serious test for the body, but the benefits of the procedures are much greater: you can stop attacks of rheumatism, osteochondrosis. Broom treatment will tone and elasticize the skin.

Turkish. The hammam is less hot, there are several rooms, in each the temperature is slightly higher than in the previous one. Usually the indicator does not exceed 35-45 degrees. You can visit even if you have heart problems.

Finnish. There is no steam in the sauna, only dry and highly heated air. Suitable for those who do not like moisture. The main thing is that there is good ventilation, otherwise there is a risk of developing respiratory diseases.

IR sauna. Includes the use of infrared emitters. Internal organs and joints warm up deeply, while the temperature in the cabin does not cause discomfort.

Phytobochka. The best option for beginners and those who have been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease. During the procedure, the head rises above the barrel and is not exposed to heat, like the respiratory tract. You can walk daily. Sometimes there is an allergy to herbal preparations.
