As a result, Bashkir honey became the winner of many exhibitions and fairs, received a large number of awards and medals. Today Bashkirskiy Med is a protected trademark that is sometimes counterfeited in order to gain profit.

It is difficult to find real honey from Bashkiria, since this brand can only be used by the Bashkir Research Center for Beekeeping, but it does not produce honey on an industrial scale.
