Bananas have long ceased to be exotic. Their cost is low, and you can buy bananas all year round. It is a high-calorie fruit, but thanks to the vitamin C it contains, it is an excellent antioxidant and prolongs youth and beauty. The menu can include fresh bananas or make delicate desserts from them and bake delicious pies.

To prepare a delicious and tender banana cake, you need to take the following products:
– 1 cup granulated sugar; – 4 tablespoons softened margarine; – 3 bananas; – 1 ½ cup pancake flour; – ½ cup milk; – 2 eggs; – ½ teaspoon salt; – powdered sugar; – coconut.
The pancake flour in this banana cake recipe can be substituted with wheat flour mixed with baking powder
Peel and mash bananas with a fork along with softened margarine. Beat eggs into the banana mixture and add granulated sugar, pancake flour, salt, pour in milk and mix all the ingredients very thoroughly until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour the cooked banana tart batter into a greased ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for half an hour.
Transfer the finished banana pie to a platter, sprinkle the baked goods on top with powdered sugar and coconut.
To make a banana pie, you will need:
– 1 ½ cups flour; – 1 glass of milk; – 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar; – 200 grams of bananas; – a pinch of salt.
Add granulated sugar and salt to the sifted wheat flour. Pour in milk and knead the pie dough. Divide it into two equal parts.
Peel the bananas and cut into long slices. Place one slice of dough in a buttered baking dish and spread over the entire bottom. Place the banana wedges on top and cover them with the second half of the dough.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and place the pie pan in it for 25 minutes to bake.
To make a cake according to this recipe you will need:
– 200-300 grams of bananas; – 8-10 white crackers; – 250 milliliters of milk; – 75 grams of granulated sugar; – 3 eggs; – vanillin; – 40 grams of potato starch; – 100 milliliters of kefir; – a pinch of salt.
If there is no detachable form, then you can put two strips (4-5 centimeters wide) of thick paper crosswise on the bottom of the baking dish. The ends should stick out of the mold. It is convenient to grasp them when taking out the cake from the mold.
Soak white bread or a loaf of bread crumbs in milk and line the bottom of a mold heavily greased with margarine and sprinkled with ground breadcrumbs. It is better to use a split pan to make this cake.
Peel the bananas, cut into slices and place in a mold on top of the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the bananas lightly with granulated sugar.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks with the remaining sugar until white, add vanillin, starch and kefir. Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt into a cool foam, combine with the yolk mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Spread this mixture over the bananas.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and place the baking dish in it for 40-50 minutes to bake.
Remove the finished rusk pie with bananas from the mold and gently transfer to a dish.
