This diet is contraindicated to prescribe for chronic diseases of the intestine or stomach and for intolerance to the product. If you are not particularly fond of bananas, then, perhaps, then you will refuse to even look at them. Before experimenting with yourself with a banana diet, seek the advice of your doctor or dietitian. If you do not suffer from: diseases of the biliary tract, kidneys or liver, stomach ulcer, and you do not have severe obesity, there is no insufficient blood circulation (in the case of diabetes mellitus), then you can safely start a diet.
