It is a traditional European-style light lager, with a delicate aroma of noble hops and a subtle tone of toasted malt. It attracts with a soft, perfectly balanced taste: juicy creamy caramel is set off by a light note of nutty nougat, turning into a moderately dry aftertaste with an accentuated floral bitterness at the end. The drink is suitable as an aperitif with marbled beef steak, lamb kebab, shrimp salad.

Baltika №4 Original, 5,6%

It belongs to the category of dark “Viennese lagers”, which are undeservedly rarely produced even in the homeland of the variety, in Austria. Beer has a delicate aroma of fruit caramel, candied fruit and yeast. The taste is full-bodied, with notes of roasted malt, dried fruits and a slight bitterness of burnt sugar. The drink will be a worthy addition to poultry dishes and cheese snacks: nuggets, chicken wings with chili sauce, greased cheese.

Baltika №6 Porter, 7,0%

A classic Baltic porter that has won gold medals at the World Beer Awards for three consecutive years. Six became the only Russian product to be described in detail in the 500 Best Beer Brands guidebook written by the famous beer critic Michael Jackson. On the surface of a dark chestnut, ruby-colored drink, dense fine-grained foam is formed and retains for a long time. Beer has a powerful and rich bouquet with hints of black bread crust, burnt sugar, dried fruit, chocolate. On the palate, the combination of tones of roasted malt, old port wine and coffee is replaced by a pleasant bitterness. Pairs well with grilled meats, smoked pork ears, garlic croutons and cheese.

Baltika №7 Export, 5,4%

The premium product of the Baltic line got its name not in vain – it is presented in more than 40 countries of the world and has received awards from authoritative competitions held in Europe, Asia, and North America. Seven is a Dortmund-style pale lager characterized by body and a perfect balance of malty sweetness and hop bitterness. The manufacturer recommends serving this beer in a tall wedge-shaped pilsner gloss glass, which allows you to admire the golden color and sparkling of the drink. Rolls, squid rings in batter, chicken wings in honey sauce will make an excellent gastronomic pair for the “seven”.

Baltika №8 Wheat, 5,0%

The GXNUMX awards include medals of the highest value received at competitions in Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. With this South German-style sort, Baltika has thrown down a real challenge to the acknowledged “masters” of the patrimony of unfiltered wheat beer – the Germans. A drink with persistent dense foam, a bouquet of yeasty esters, in which lemon, caramelized banana, cloves and a bready note are captured. The taste matches the aromas – sweetish, liqueur, with a very weak hop bitterness. Perfectly quenches thirst, and if served with food, it harmoniously combines with white poultry meat, sushi, boiled shrimp.

Baltika No. 9 Strong, 8,0%

In 2018, Baltika No. 9 Strong will celebrate its 20th anniversary. Over the years that have passed since the beginning of bottling, the drink has gained many fans, including in near and far abroad. The high quality of beer is also recognized by the professional community: the “nine” brand brought more than 15 silver and gold medals to the total treasury of the brand. In terms of its properties, the variety is close to German doppelbocks and strong light euro lagers. Toasted croutons, caramel, raisins, winter spices stand out in the bouquet. The feeling of alcoholic strength is characteristic – smooth and warming, and not sharp or burning. Beer will open up to the maximum paired with duck with honey sauce, fried pork, hummus.

Baltika Cooler, 4,7%

Lager-type lager beer is the first in the Baltika line that does not have a serial number. This decision was made deliberately in order to highlight a new product addressed to a young and ambitious audience. As ingredients for production, water enriched with mineral salts, natural hops and a unique race of yeast, created on the basis of a strain brought from the Kamchatka Peninsula, are used. The variety was awarded the title “Innovation of the Year” and was awarded at international competitions in Germany, Australia, and the USA. Light lager has a bright refreshing taste, spicy aroma of spices and flowering herbs. As a snack, salami, smoked ham, fried smelt will be a good choice.
