A sports swimsuit, a graceful pirouette and … a huge belly. This is what Mary Bowers looked like when she was pregnant. The name of this woman must have been heard by Black Swan fans. It was Mary who prepared Natalie Portman for the role in this film. For which, as we remember, Natalie received an Oscar. In addition, she works with Victoria’s Secret angels, who are known throughout the world for their beauty. More than half a million followers follow Mary’s fouette on Instagram. And for a reason. The woman is really fanatically devoted to ballet. So much so that she did not quit dancing classes even during pregnancy. And she shared pictures with subscribers.

“These nine months seemed to me such a wonderful, such a beautiful time! I wanted not only to capture these moments, but also to share them with the whole world, ”says Mary.

According to her, her first pregnancy was very easy. And Mary is sure that everything is thanks to the ballet: she managed not to get anything superfluous, she felt great. No, changes in her body did occur, of course, this is inevitable.

“Dancing, it was much easier for me to accept these changes,” the ballerina shares.

Well, after pregnancy Mary very quickly got back into shape. She again took a photo at the bench – but with her daughter Lumina in her arms, whom she was breastfeeding. This experience inspired Mary so much that she even developed her own ballet training program for expectant mothers. And soon this program came in handy for herself: Mary became pregnant for the second time.

And again, Mom did not quit dancing. But this time her baby Lumina was already next to her, who also diligently pulls her sock and tries to repeat her mother’s movements. And soon Mary was training in a large company: together with Lumina and Violetta, the youngest daughter.

Mary is now expecting her third baby. And you can be sure that she does not give up ballet. And we have collected a chronicle of the famous dancer’s family ballet.
