Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk and eggs. Add butter, knead the dough. Pour in vegetable oil, knead again, put in heat. Wash, dry and clean the mushrooms. Boil for 10 minutes, pour fresh water, cook for another 1 hour. Throw in a colander, save the broth. Chop the peeled onion, fry in butter until golden brown, mix with mushrooms, chop. Add chopped dill, salt and pepper, mix. Prepare the sauce: fry the flour in fat for 2-3 minutes, pour in the broth, boil. Dilute mushroom filling with sauce.

Boil peeled potatoes in salted boiling water until cooked through for 30 minutes. Drain the water, cool the potatoes, grate on a coarse grater. Add flour, egg and salt, knead the dough.
Form flat cakes from the potato mass with your hands, put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Place a little filling in the center of each cake, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
