Bake pasta with different additives in the oven

When ordinary pasta is getting boring, you want to cook something special and non-standard, for example, bake pasta in the oven, the photos of which look so appetizing!

A few rules

Pasta is baked with vegetables, mushrooms, meat, seafood, cheese and spicy seasonings. It turns out something like a hearty casserole, in which you can add herbs, spices and sauce. The basis for all dishes is the same — pasta cooked for 5-10 minutes from durum wheat varieties. It should be already salted and a little harsh, because we will also bake pasta. If all the products in the dish are prepared in advance, the baking time is 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 °C. If there are ingredients that still need to be brought to readiness, the pasta is kept in the oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on the recipe. There are many options for cooking such dishes, any spices are welcome, so you can come up with your own pasta in the oven and never repeat yourself!

Classic with ham

Macaroni with cheese and ham in the oven is a classic recipe known to many housewives. This dish is hearty, delicious and, most importantly, easy to prepare.

While 250 g of pasta is cooking, chop a large onion and fry it in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When the onion becomes softer, put 1 tbsp of tomato paste in it and fry a little more. The fire should be small. Mix the onion fry with the ready-made pasta and add 150 g of diced ham to them.

Prepare a sauce of 2 eggs and 150 ml of low-fat sour cream, add any spices to your taste, season with salt and pepper.

Now mix the pasta with the sauce and put it in a ceramic or glass mold. Cook the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes, and then sprinkle it with 100 g of cheese, crushed on a coarse grater. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is browned. Pasta cooked in the oven according to this recipe is delicious even when cold. But don’t forget to sprinkle them with fresh herbs before serving!

With peas and zucchini

Baked pasta with tomatoes, green peas, zucchini and parsley is very tasty. Just looking at them makes you want to eat!

Boil 250 g of any pasta. Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and fry in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and as soon as a pleasant aroma begins to spread through the kitchen, throw the diced zucchini into the pan. Fry the vegetables for 3 minutes.

Cut 200 g of cherry tomatoes into halves, prepare 200 g of canned green peas without liquid, finely chop a bunch of parsley and grind 200 g of hard cheese on a grater. Mix all the ingredients, except the cheese, and add a little salt.

Grease a ceramic mold with olive oil, put the pasta with vegetables in it and sprinkle with cheese. Put the dish in the oven, and when it is ready, immediately serve it on the table!

In Spanish

Historically, it was the Italians who are the best at cooking pasta. But when you try pasta with spicy Spanish chorizo sausage, your opinion will change. However, everything is in order.

While 400 g of pasta is cooking, finely chop the onion and fry it in a small amount of olive oil over very low heat. The onion should languish until it becomes tender and transparent.

Cut 300 g of sausage into rings and add it to the onion. Fry and do not be surprised that the oil has turned orange, because chorizo is prepared with the addition of hot red pepper. Pour 0.5 liters of tomato sauce into the pan, mix well and fry a little. Add a pinch of sugar to taste and, if necessary, add salt and pepper.

Drain the water from the pasta, add them to the sausage in the pan and mix well. Grate 300 g of hard cheese, tear a bunch of basil into leaves. Grease small portion forms with oil and put the pasta in them. Sprinkle the cheese generously on the dish and put it in the oven, then decorate the casserole with fresh and fragrant basil leaves. This is a real treat!

Almost naval-like

Boil 200 g of pasta, and while they are cooking, fry 600 g of minced pork and beef in a small amount of olive oil. Add the chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic to the meat, as well as grated carrots. Simmer and fry the minced meat with vegetables until the carrots are soft, then add 3 diced tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, grind 150 g of cheese on a grater and take out a ceramic mold.

Grease the dishes with olive oil, put a layer of pasta on the bottom tightly to each other, and sprinkle half of the grated cheese on top. The next layer will be minced meat with vegetables, which you need to smear a little sour cream or mayonnaise on top-for juiciness. Then make another layer of pasta and sprinkle it with cheese again. Bake pasta with minced meat in the oven for 10 minutes, be sure to serve with fresh herbs, which will pleasantly set off the taste of meat and give the dish a festive look.

Red and green

This casserole has a very spectacular look, because red tomatoes and green broccoli successfully rhyme in one dish, perfectly combined with pasta and chicken in the oven.

Boil 200 g of pasta, preferably penne, prepare a vegetable roast with chicken. Pass the finely chopped onion in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and at the very end add the crushed garlic clove. Cut into cubes 600 g of chicken fillet from the thigh and add to the onion. Put the cooked penne in a frying pan and mix well.

Put the chicken and pasta in a greased form with butter, and decorate the top of the casserole with halves of broccoli inflorescences and cherry tomatoes cut in half. To do this, you will need 200 g of tomatoes and cabbage. Sprinkle all this splendor with 100 g of grated cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Pasta in the oven with chicken and cheese can become one of the favorite dishes in your family. Set the table and call the household!

Tender and juicy

Pasta with chicken and mushrooms in the oven is a hearty and healthy dish, and its highlight is in the sauce, which gives the ingredients tenderness and juiciness.

Cut 400 g of mushrooms and fry them in a small amount of oil until the water has completely evaporated — they should be slightly browned. Send a finely chopped onion, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic to the mushrooms and remove from the stove after a minute.

Boil 350 pasta, and cut 400 g of chicken fillet into pieces and fry until golden brown.

And now you can do the sauce. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan or a small frying pan, mix it with 2 tablespoons of flour and fry until yellowish. Pour in 2 cups of cream in a thin stream and do not stop stirring until the sauce thickens and acquires a uniform texture. If lumps form, whisk the sauce with a blender.

Mix the finished pasta with chicken, mushrooms and sauce, then mix everything well. Put the appetizing mass into a mold and bake for about 20-30 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, remove the mold and sprinkle 100 g of grated hard cheese on top and put it back in the oven.

Be sure to serve the dish with a sprig of greens and a good mood!

Three cheeses

If you cook pasta with several types of cheese, it turns out to be especially delicious and refined. For this dish, “bows” pasta is suitable, about about 250 g. Put them to cook and take care of the cheese.

For such a dish, all other products are superfluous, since they will interrupt the piquancy of three types of cheese. But onions fried in olive oil with the addition of dried tomatoes will not hurt at all, because this is a classic!

You will need 1 onion and 2 tablespoons of finely chopped tomatoes. At the end of roasting, throw 1 tsp of Provencal herbs to the onion for a pleasant aroma.

Grate 50 g of cheddar, edam and mozzarella on a grater, and buy solid mozzarella intended for pizza.

Mix the pasta with onions, tomatoes and most of the cheese, and then put them in a greased form. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Dried tomatoes in the oven acquire a special flavor that is suitable for these types of cheese. At least, that’s what knowledgeable gourmets think.
