Baileys Esperito cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. Baileys – 50 ml

2. Espresso coffee – 25 ml

3. Sugar – 2 tsp.

4. Mint – a couple of sprigs

5. Ice – crash

How to make a cocktail

1. Put sugar and mint petals in a highball, then use a muddler to mash the mint.

2. Pour in Baileys and coffee, then add crush ice.

3. Stir the cocktail with a bar spoon, add more crushed ice to form a hat, garnish with a sprig of mint.
