BAFTA 2014: makeup and hairstyles of the stars

The famous BAFTA 16 film awards took place in London on February 2014th. Woman’s Day chose eight of the most striking images of the stars on the red carpet of the ceremony.

Angelina Jolie chose for the event her usual, but always up-to-date makeup with an emphasis on the eyes: gray-lilac eye shadows, voluminous false eyelashes, matte pale pink lipstick and, of course, a perfectly even complexion.

Jolie’s hair did not change either. Large curls, naturally laid to one side, have been her favorite hair style for years.

Uma Thurman also opted for eye accent makeup. Gray eyeshadows, beige lip gloss, peach blush, bronze glowing skin – a classic evening make-up option for any occasion!

Uma’s hair was styled in the style of the 60s: the stylists parted the hair into a side part and secured it at the back of the head. And thanks to the carelessly released strands on her face, her hairstyle looks very natural.

Olga Kurylenko did nude makeup in warm colors. Peach blush on the cheekbones and the same shade of lipstick on the lips really refreshed her image.

The actress’s hairstyle was designed in a romantic style: Olga laid her large curls in a straight parting.

Cate Blanchett also appeared on the carpet of the ceremony with restrained and natural makeup. An even complexion, voluminous eyelashes, a little peach blush on the cheekbones and a natural lipstick tone – in order to look attractive, she did not need a lot of funds.

Kate’s hair was styled in a low bun. This hairstyle is relevant for any occasion and has not left the shows at Fashion Week for the first season.

Amy Adams opted for lip accent makeup. The main thing is that the actress did not go wrong with a shade of lipstick. The cherry tone went well with her blue eyes and red hair.

The stylists divided Amy’s hair into a side parting and gathered in a low bun. This styling did not distract attention from the bright makeup.

Antonia O’Brien couldn’t go unnoticed thanks to her bright orange lipstick. By the way, this shade will be at the peak of popularity this spring.

Also, fashion critics and experts have praised her hair styling in the style of the 20s.

Singer Lily Allen could not help but attract attention. For the ceremony, she chose a bright dress in red and pink tones, as well as pink feathers in her hair.

In order not to look ridiculous, Lily chose discreet makeup: black arrows and lipstick in a natural shade on her lips.

Lea Seydoux surprised everyone with her image. She did a bright blue-and-blue eye makeup (matching the color of the dress) and complemented it with hot pink blush and matte peach lipstick.

The actress’s hairstyle was in the style of the 40s.
