PSYchology

Bad habits are habits that harm not only the author of the habit, but also (sometimes predominantly) those around him.

The habit of grimacing, playing the Victim or Durik are bad habits. The habit of blaming and being offended, the habit of being upset and suffering about anything, the habit of experiencing fears, even the fear of loneliness — all these are bad habits.

These habits were developed, as a rule, in childhood, but remain in adults. Why do they stay? If you decide to get rid of bad habits (that’s right!), Then we support you in this. How to get rid of bad habits? As well as from harmful ones, see →
