PSYchology

Codependency is one of the most common types of relationships that interfere with a fulfilling life.

The authors of the book — the organizers of the Colorado Institute for Conflict Resolution and Creative Leadership (USA) — believe that most of us tend to shift the solution of our problems to others, to control each other. But they themselves need constant approval and support from others, because they feel that they are not able to change anything in their lives on their own. The book describes the causes of such codependence and ways to get rid of this uncomfortable type of relationship.
