A comprehensive set of vitamins in preparations available on the market should include vitamin B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9 and B12, because vitamins from this group are related to each other. Avitaminosis resulting from their deficiencies is manifested by abnormalities in the functioning of the nervous, digestive and circulatory systems. In addition, as a result of it, the level of homocysteine ​​increases, the mood deteriorates, and the skin and mucous membranes can be plagued by inflammation.
