  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • 60 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 2 heads of garlic;
  • 30-40 ml table 9% vinegar;
  • 50-60 grams of granulated sugar;
  • kitchen salt to taste.

  3. Wash the bell pepper, cut off the core and chop.
  4. We chop the tomatoes. Before this, you can remove the skin from the fruit. To do this, the tomatoes are placed in boiling water for a couple of minutes, and then transferred to cold water. Now the skin is easily removed from the tomatoes.
  5. Grind all prepared vegetables with a blender or meat grinder. The finished mass is transferred to the prepared pan, and put on a small fire. After boiling, adjika is cooked for another 20 minutes. All this time, the mass must be stirred frequently so that it does not stick to the walls of the pan.
  6. After 20 minutes, tomato paste, kitchen salt, granulated sugar, and chopped hot pepper should be added to the adjika. Next, pour vegetable oil into the mass and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Now you need to add finely chopped garlic to the mixture and cook for five minutes.
  8. At the end, 9% table vinegar is poured into adjika, the mixture is thoroughly mixed, waiting for it to boil again and turn off.
  9. Now the mass is poured into sterilized jars and rolled up with lids. After this, the blanks must be turned upside down and wrapped in something warm (a blanket or towel) until the blank has completely cooled.
