Avocado is widely used in Japanese cuisine. The most common recipe for rolls is avocado and salmon rolls. For their preparation you will need the following products: – nori seaweed (3-4 leaves); – rice for sushi (about 200 grams); – slightly salted salmon; – avocado; – rice vinegar (can be replaced with wine vinegar); – sugar; – salt. Rinse the rice under cold water and then pour it in at a ratio of 1 to 1,5. Cover the saucepan with a lid and heat. After the water has boiled, reduce the heat to low and cook the rice for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the pan, but leave the lid on for another 10 minutes. After that, the rice will be ready.
In another saucepan, add two tablespoons of rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar), two teaspoons of sugar and two teaspoons of salt. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar and salt dissolve.
Watch carefully: the mixture should not boil.
Transfer the rice to a wide bowl and cover with vinegar. Use a spatula to turn the rice several times, but do not stir. Leave the contents of the bowl to cool, and at this time, take care of the filling for the rolls. Cut the salmon and avocado into thin slices. Avocado and Shrimp Salad Recipe
For cooking you will need: – 2 avocados; – 100 grams of already boiled shrimp; – 1 tablespoon tomato paste; – 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
Peel the avocados, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Put the fruits in a deep bowl, add shrimp there. In a separate bowl, combine two tablespoons of natural yogurt and one tablespoon of tomato paste. Season the salad with the sauce and stir before serving.
Delicious and easy avocado and cucumber salad
To make it, you will need the following ingredients: – 2 avocados; – 2 medium cucumbers; – lemon; – lime; – a clove of garlic; – cilantro; – green onions; – ground black pepper; – salt. Cut the cucumbers and avocados into cubes and place them in a deep bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of minced cilantro, 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions, minced garlic clove, and salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze the lime and XNUMX/XNUMX lemon juice into the salad, stir the mixture and place the bowl in the refrigerator. In half an hour, the salad will be ready.
