Avocado oil for hair. Video reviews
Using avocado oil is one of the most effective hair care methods. It is used for hot wraps and for preparing shampoos, masks and conditioners. Many hair problems can be solved with avocado oil.
The health benefits of avocado oil
Avocado oil contains vitamins and trace elements that provide maximum hair care. These are vitamins A, B6, D and E, copper, magnesium, iron, folic acid, amino acids, lecithin and others.
In addition, avocado oil has high regenerating, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
The nutritional properties and rich chemistry of avocado oil make it useful for brittle, weak, dull and colored hair. The systematic use of masks with avocado oil strengthens the hair follicles, gives the hair shine, elasticity and strength. In addition, when used regularly, avocado oil helps protect hair from the harmful effects of the external environment.
For dry, damaged and brittle hair, it is recommended to use avocado oil as a hot wrap. Mix 20 ml of wheat germ oil and 20 ml of avocado oil and heat the mixture slightly in a water bath. Apply a warm mask to the scalp and massage gently. Then gather your hair in a bun and wrap your head with a towel dipped in hot boiled water. After 20-30 minutes, rinse your hair with a little shampoo.
For a nourishing mask, combine 20 ml of avocado oil, 20 ml of olive oil, the yolk of one egg and 2 tablespoons of honey. Apply the mixture to damp hair for 10 minutes. This mask leaves hair smooth and shiny.
You can give your oily hair a well-groomed look with the following product. Mix 20 ml of avocado oil, 10 ml of aloe juice, 10 ml of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt and the pulp of half a ripe banana. Apply the mask to your hair along the entire length, wrap your head with plastic and a towel. After half an hour, rinse your hair with a little shampoo.
Instead of a banana, you can use strawberries, grapes or an orange in this mask.
To prepare shampoo, grate 180-200 g of castile soap and put it in a steam bath. Add 10 ml each of avocado oil, olive oil and coconut oil. When the mixture is smooth, pour it into a glass container and use it to wash your hair.
Ready-made shampoos can also be fortified with avocado oil. To do this, add 2-3 drops of oil to a serving of shampoo per application.
For easy hair combing, prepare a natural conditioner: mix well 100 ml of beer and 20 ml of avocado oil and apply to damp hair for 5-7 minutes. Then rinse off the conditioner with warm water.
