GRAPES

Mode. Any grape is suitable, preferably red, with seeds. Chew the peel and some of the seeds thoroughly. On the first day, 800 g of berries are eaten, on the second – 1,5 kg and on the third – about 2 kg. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours. Additionally, you can drink pure non-carbonated water and unsweetened tea.

Mode. The daily menu for a melon diet includes 1-1,5 kg of melon pulp, which must be peeled and divided into five servings in advance. The diet is designed for a week, during which time you can lose 2-3 kg of excess weight. Zucchini contains vitamins C, A, E, group B, PP, minerals and trace elements. The diet is ideal for people with heart disease: the vegetable is rich in potassium, which is necessary for the normal functioning of the heart, and at the same time has a diuretic effect, so it is recommended to add it to the diet for those who suffer from edema. Mode. Five meals, at least 2/3 of each meal – zucchini dishes (fried, baked, stewed, etc.). Sugar, confectionery, bread, smoked meats and pickles are completely excluded. You can only drink water or tea without sugar. Contraindications: pregnancy, kidney disease.
PUMPKIN
Lasts two weeks, you can lose 5-6 kilograms. Pumpkin is an incredibly rich vegetable in vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Moreover, it is low-calorie, contains only 22 kcal per 100 g.
Mode. Very simple: four times a day you eat pumpkin in different forms, with porridge, baked, stewed, pumpkin soup. The addition of other vegetables and fruits is allowed, but no more than ¼ of the serving size. It is necessary for this time to give up meat, flour and confectionery products, sugar, mayonnaise. I can recommend periodic fasting days, but these days are always determined according to an individual scheme, and for each patient it will be different.
