Then release the pressure then remove the tapered tip to let the solution escape and tilt your head so that the excess enema liquid can drain out of the ear canal or nostril. If you are doing a nasal wash, repeat this operation in the other nostril.
After use, the ear pear should be cleaned with warm soapy water between 20 ° and 25 ° C, then left to air dry, the tapered end down, before being stored in its box. cardboard-based.

Be careful not to push the neck of the pear deep into the ear canal to avoid injury to the eardrum. Apply gradual pressure on the bulb to avoid any sudden release of enema liquid and never release the pressure once the bulb has been inserted into the external auditory canal.
Do not use vaseline-type fatty substances, or chlorinated solvents such as bleach when using the ear pear. It should not be heated in the microwave. Finally, if you have a perforated eardrum, its use is totally discouraged.
