Aspot is a dietary supplement for adults that contains two active ingredients: potassium and magnesium. The drug strengthens the immune system, and also supports the work of the muscles. It also helps to balance blood pressure. In addition, it supports the nervous system, preventing excessive fatigue.

Regular use of Aspot helps to maintain the body’s water and electrolyte balance. In addition, it includes defatted ground flax, which improves digestion. It has a positive effect on memory and concentration, and also lowers the level of cholesterol in the blood.

Aspot – composition

Aspot contains not only potassium, magnesium and ground flax, but also:

  1. bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose;
  2. anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids;
  3. anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide;
  4. glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose;
  5. polidekstroza;
  6. titanium dioxide;
  7. glazing agent: polyethylene glycol;
  8. talk;
  9. riboflavin.

Two Aspot tablets contain 315 mg of potassium, 75 mg of magnesium and 20 mg of defatted ground flax.

The Aspot dietary supplement can be taken 2-4 times a day, one tablet. It is best to take 2 tablets a day. It is recommended to use the drug after a meal. Take the tablet with a glass of water without chewing it. Aspot should be stored in a closed package out of the reach of children. Before consumption, it is worth checking the expiry date.

Aspot – contraindications

The main contraindication to supplementation with Aspotem is hypersensitivity to any of the substances contained in the tablet. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should consult a gynecologist or internist before starting dosing to check if they can take Aspot.

In addition, the supplement cannot be used in the case of:

  1. severe renal failure;
  2. excess potassium or magnesium in the blood;
  3. very low blood pressure;
  4. reducing the heart rate;
  5. muscle fatigue;
  6. disorders of atrioventricular conduction of the heart;
  7. myasthenia gravis diseases.

Aspot – precautions

When using Aspot supplementation, do not exceed the recommended dose of the drug. The treatment with magnesium and potassium cannot be treated as a substitute for a varied diet so as not to disturb the body’s water and electrolyte balance. The basis of the menu should be primarily products rich in minerals and minerals. Dietary supplements are only intended to supplement their deficiency.
