Preparation:
Add 2-3 tablespoons of brine squeezed from the mushrooms into the water,
boil, add gelatin soaked in water, dissolve it and
strain the liquid. Pour a thin layer of jelly into the molds, after
it will harden, put finely chopped mushrooms, mugs figuratively
cut carrots and pour jelly. After the jelly has hardened,
put it on a dish, around the edges of which put a side dish and sprinkle
greens.
