Asian style vegetables
 

Ingredients: half a small head of broccoli, 4 heads of Brussels sprouts, a handful of green beans, 1/3 stalks of leeks, half a small zucchini, 4-5 stalks of asparagus, half a sweet bell pepper, a small bunch of parsley, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce. If desired, you can add any sprouts

Preparation:

Cut all vegetables into medium sized pieces. Heat a deep wok-type skillet over high heat. Add olive oil and begin to fry all vegetables, stirring constantly. After 5 minutes, pour in the soy sauce, continue cooking, stirring the vegetables constantly for another 8-10 minutes. Before cooking, add finely chopped parsley and sprouts if desired.
