  • Help your child perform complex movements using a special stick or teaspoon handle.

  • Trunk. The lips are closed like a tube and strongly extended. The position must be held for 5-10 seconds.
  • Clock. The mouth is open, the child smiles. With a tense tongue, you need to alternately touch the right and left corner of the lips. The change of position is performed with rhythmic counting.
  • Where is the candy? The mouth is closed. With the tongue, you need to press on one or the other cheek.
  • Ball. It is necessary to inflate and deflate the cheeks. If it does not work, help with light pressure on the cheeks with your hands. After the child has mastered this, let him puff out his cheeks alternately.
  • House. The mouth is a house. Let the child open the house, show the tongue and hide it again.
  • Spaghetti. Have your child suck in the spaghetti with their lips.
  • Chupa Chups. Let the child lick the lollipop from different sides, and then in a circle.
  • Wand. Any stick, such as a sweet straw, is fixed between the nose and upper lip, like a mustache. The position must be held for about 10 seconds.

Try to alternate exercises all the time, change their sequence so that the child does not get bored and continues to practice with pleasure.
