“Need for invention is cunning” – a student from South Africa once again proved the truth of this saying. He came up with a way that allowed him to eat for free at the KFC fast food chain for a whole year.
The guy invented a beautiful legend, allegedly he was sent from the main office of KFC in order to check the quality of the dishes served. Moreover, in this lie, he looked very convincing, since he was always dressed in a strict suit, and also had a fake ID with him.
According to the staff, the student didn’t just come to eat, he actually did some kind of check: he looked around the kitchen, questioned the staff, and took notes. “Most likely, he worked for KFC before, because, obviously, he knew what to ask,” say those who had a chance to talk to an imaginary inspector.
Only a year later, the staff became suspicious and contacted the police. The student’s deception was revealed, now he has to answer before the court.
