You want to have slender and muscular arms without unsightly sagging skin. There’s nothing you want more than arms that look beautiful in strappy dresses, arms that are ready to be kissed. Nothing is easier, all you need is a large dose of discipline, self-denial, willingness to exercise regularly and a specially selected diet rich in a special vitamin called the vitamin of youth – vitamin E.
Sometimes it’s hard to plan a series of exercises and stick to the plan rigorously. Unfortunately, if you want to be beautiful and look great, you have to give it your all. Devote literally a dozen or so minutes a day just for yourself and you will achieve your goal very quickly. There are several ways to achieve the intended effect in a short time.
First of all, you don’t have to buy special equipment at all, you can replace dumbbells with bottles of water, it’s the cheapest equipment available in every home. For slim arms, it is important to work on the biceps. Posture is also important when performing. With your back straight, take the bottles in your hands and point your fingers inwards, thus bending your arms towards yourself. Do the exercise several times. Another effective exercise for biceps and forearms is hammering. It differs from the bottle exercise only in the direction of the hands. This time, keep your palms facing forward with your fingers up. Not the same but makes a big difference.
You can also use a chair very effectively, this exercise can be successfully performed as a break at work. Stand with your back to the chair and place your hands on the backrest. Do several squats in this position. In this way, you stimulate only the shoulder muscles and thus effectively fight with sagging butterflies on your shoulders.
Push-ups are a very effective exercise, but in a modified women’s version. You don’t rest your body weight on your hands and fingertips during this exercise, but on your hands and knees. This gives you more room to spread your arms.
A very simple and even enjoyable exercise is arm swings. Raise your hands and spin the grinders. You can start with small circles and slowly expand their span. The exercise seems undemanding, but it brings great results.
An excellent exercise is the diagonal stretch, which consists in extending the right arm above the level of the head and touching it (still straight) to the left hip. Halfway to the hip, you can stop the hand, which will allow the muscles to contract more. Use some weight for this exercise.
Now all you have to do is choose the time of day, the number of exercises and determine how long you will do them. All you need is a dozen or so minutes each day devoted to 2 minutes for each exercise. Over time, the time spent on each type of exercise can be extended and the intervals between them shortened. If you are systematic, full of willingness and energy to exercise, you will perform them carefully, you will notice the first effects after a month. If you also eat a healthy diet, provide your body with a slightly smaller amount of calories than those you burn, your arms will become slim, firm and you will be able to forget about sagging skin forever.
