Arm exercises: triceps and steel chest with the Pin Twins

Each filtering bag flabby arms They are one of the physical concerns that sooner or later end up coming, but don’t think that to avoid having “salt shaker” arms we always have to resort to dumbbells… Esther and Gema Pineda, better known as the Pin Twins, propose this week a fitness routine of four exercises without material to work the triceps and get them to go “like stones”.

This training of top train of the personal trainers consists of four exercises that will be repeated up to 10 times and once finished and before moving on to the next, they will rest for 40 seconds. And remember that there are four laps, so once finished you will have to repeat everything another three times. In this training you will not need material, only the strength of your own body.
1 Exercise
Sitting on the floor, supporting hands (behind the back), feet and buttocks, the latter as much as we can without raising hands but one leg. Then we return to the starting position and repeat the process, only exchanging legs: if you raised the right first, now it is time to raise the left, and so on until completing the 10 repetitions. Remember to raise your knees as close to your chest as possible.
2 Exercise
The second exercise of this training is a semi-flexion, that is, resting on the knees and both hands on the ground. Of course, when we have lowered the body to the ground, with the elbows making a 90º angle, we lift the lower part of the legs and take our hands off the ground. We repeat the exercise 10 times.
3 Exercise
This exercise is also a semi-flexion, supporting the knees. This time there is a movement of the arms, that is, we start from having our hands together, we move the right hand, we do the flexion, we put our hands together again and now we move the left hand. 10 repetitions are done.
4 Exercise
The last exercise is a push-up with change of support. With the knees supported, we rotate the movements of the arms so that the right arm is stretched while the left remains supported, then we change and it is the left that is stretched and the right that is supported and then both supported. Remember that the knees and hands do not come off the ground at any time. So up to 10 repetitions.
This training for the Pin Twins has 4 series, so after this first round you must repeat it another three times until you complete the complete circuit. The more times you do this activity a week, the more results you will notice.
