Are you weak? Mom and daughter gave birth 36 hours apart

Meet Laura Scrimshaw, 35, a resident of the Scottish town of Kirkcaldy. But these sweet babies are in her arms (the main thing is not to get confused) – her son and her granddaughter. The one in gray is the younger son of Laura Callum, the younger brother of the older daughter of Laura, 17-year-old Charmaine. Concurrently – the uncle of the newborn daughter Charmaine, Kara-Louise, the granddaughter of Laura. They were born 36 hours apart.

In fact, Laura and Charmaine had to give birth even on different days. Mom had PDR on October 27, daughter – on 29th. But their children decided differently.

“I never thought that I would become a grandmother at 35, and my son Callum – an uncle at 36 … hours,” – later shared the shocked Laura with The New York Post… Although she’s probably being disingenuous about her grandmother. Laura herself made her mother happy quite early – it is easy to calculate that she gave birth to Charmaine at the age of 18. This is very early by Western standards. Yes, and in Russian too.

First, an ambulance was called for 17-year-old Charmaine. The expectant mother was taken to the hospital. And a little later, Laura was taken to the same clinic with a police escort.

“We both went to work on the 21st,” says Laura. – And they called an ambulance for me. But she eventually took away Charmaine. A second car was sent for me, and the police needed help to get us to the hospital quickly. “

Fortunately, everything ended well. Babies were born in neighboring wards.

“I’m sure Callum set it up on purpose,” says Laura. “He woke me up early in the morning, and a few minutes later I received a message that my granddaughter was born!”

By the way, Callum is the fourth child of the newly-made grandmother. The family includes 14-year-old Chelsea and 6-year-old Stephen Jr.

Well, one more thing. Did mom scold her daughter for such an early pregnancy? Of course not. Because she herself got married at 16. And by 35, as we see, she managed to become not only a mother of many children, but also a grandmother.
