Are there complementary approaches for Verneuil’s disease?

Homeopathy has not shown any effect, but presenting no risk, it can be taken in parallel with medical treatments or in prevention of attacks. Here are some protocols:

Inflammatory stage

Hepar sulfuris calcareum at the rate of one dose of 30 CH per day for four days. In the inflammatory stage, and for two days, Hepar sulfuris calcareum et Belladona in 5 CH by taking 5 granules every two hours.

Purulent stage

Hepar sulfuris calcareum at 5 CH.

When the inflammation slowly progresses to suppuration of greenish pus and the pain is less marked (but still significant during the night or in the heat), solubilis.

Two doses of Pyrogenium in 9 CH each day in case of particularly foul-smelling pus or Tarentula cubensis in case of severe pain making mobility difficult and accompanied by a blue coloration of the affected areas.

Arsenicum album if the itching is a burning sensation, but the pain improves with heat (it gets worse with cold) and the patient is anxious and restless.

If the burning itching is accompanied, conversely, by prostration, Anthracinum.

Recurrent suppurations

If the suppurations are transient in weak and tired people, Psorinum. If the suppurations do not heal and there is a deterioration in the general condition, Silicea.

A medical follow-up is strongly advised in parallel with the homeopathic treatment.
