Are only dietary mistakes responsible for gastric problems?

Good day. My name is Jakub, I’m 37 years old and I’ve been struggling with gastric problems – including gas, a feeling of flow in the stomach and general indigestion. I do not know where this problem came from, because I eat quite healthy and until recently I had no gastric problems at all, and now they are getting worse for reasons completely unknown to me. Are gastric problems only due to your diet? I ask because I don’t really eat junk food, I rarely eat anything really unhealthy, and gastric problems still arise.

Yes, sometimes I eat something fatter or some fried meat, but in the past my diet was much worse and I had no problems. Everywhere, however, I meet with the opinion that gastric problems are the result of diet. If so, what is special about the diet that may be influencing gastric problems, such as in my case? And if it is not only the diet that affects gastric problems, I would like to ask for some tips, what else could be causing them? I don’t know how to deal with it, and frequent gastric problems make my life difficult. Thanks in advance for your help and answer my question.
