How Ardo Fault Codes Are Deciphered
Did you turn on the Ardo dishwasher and notice a fault code on the display? Try rebooting the machine. To do this, disconnect the device from the power supply for 15-20 minutes, then turn it on. If the error is displayed again, start searching for a breakdown.
Malfunction code | Indication | Which means | Causes of appearance | Repair by own hands |
E1 | The access of water to the PMM is disturbed. | With this code, the dishwasher stops. 1. No water access. 2. Kinked or clogged inlet hose. 3. The mesh filter is clogged. 4. Fill valve problem. 5. Malfunctions in the Aquastop system. | 1. Check if there is water in the tap. Turn the stop valve. 2. Inspect the fill hose. Position it evenly, without kinks. 3. Unscrew the inlet hose, remove and check the mesh filter. 4. Check the filling valve, its wiring. If there are burnt parts, replace. The valve electronics are checked with a multimeter. When broken, the valve is replaced. 5. Contact the master.
E2 | Water heating problems. | Thermistor defective. | You need to diagnose and replace the thermistor. He is responsible for controlling the water temperature in the PMM.
E3 | The code means that the water does not heat up well. | Why this happens: The thermistor informs the module about insufficient water heating. It is possible that the heater has failed. | How to fix the situation: 1. Check the dishwasher heater. With a strong scale, the heating element needs cleaning. 2. Ring the contacts of the heating element with a multimeter. If defective, install a new part. 3. The triac of the module that controls the heater is also checked.
E4 | Code meaning: little water in the dishwasher. Timeout exceeded. | The code occurs after washing dishes at Ardo. 1. Problems with the filling valve. 2. Malfunction of the pressure switch. | What you can do: 1. Check intake valve. 2. Inspect and replace the pressure switch. It is beyond repair. You can check the level sensor by using a multimeter or by blowing into the pressure switch tube.
E5 | There were problems with water drainage. | 1. Clogged or broken drain pump. 2. Clogged drain filter. 3. The pressure sensor does not work. | 1. Inspect the drain pump. It could become clogged with food debris or glass. Clear it of debris. If defective, install a new element. 2. Check and clean the filter from blockage. It is located at the bottom of the dishwasher hopper.3. Check the pressure sensor.
E6 | Incomplete drainage of water. The wash cycle does not stop. | What is the reason: incorrect arrangement of dishes in the chamber of the Ardo dishwasher. | Check the location of the dishes in the hopper. Perhaps some plate has turned over and accumulates water.
E7 | “Machine with water meter” mode operation. | Automatic activation of the mode. | Enable test mode and disable the option. |
After studying the table, you can understand the reason why the dishwasher stopped working. How to restart the equipment, we described above. Before checking the nodes, disconnect the dishwasher from the network and communications.
Don’t forget to clean the dishes from food debris to avoid blockages.
Repair of the Ardo dishwasher can be done independently. To do this, you must understand the design of the machine, know where the components and parts are. Do not try to fix the equipment as an experiment – it is better to contact a service center.
