apricots 650.0 (gram)
water 2.5 (teaspoon)
sugar 250.0 (gram)
chicken protein 1.0 (piece)
edible gelatin 20.0 (gram)
raspberries 120.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Remove pits from washed apricots, pour 2 cups of hot water and cook for 15 minutes, rub through a sieve, add 150 g of sugar, cool on ice, combine with egg white and beat until fluffy. Pour gelatin solution heated to 50C into the prepared mass, mix and pour into vases. Serve with raspberry syrup, 100 g sugar and 100 g water.
