Apricot Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. Apricot brandy – 60 ml

2. Lemon juice (fresh) – 30 ml

3. Soda – 120 ml

How to make a cocktail

1. Shake brandy and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.

2. Pour through a strainer into a highball or collins filled with ice cubes.

3. Top up with soda.

4. Garnish with a lemon zest spiral.
